Default linenfold panels

hello friends,
my first posting, im a retired cabinet maker,not computer savvy.
i am seeking info,regarding the carving of linenfold panels, book or cd.
preferably in canada,having purchased a book stateside a few months ago. it was 8 weeks before i received it.
i sure would be gratefull for any assistance.
