 Latest walking stick This is Rhodendren again and I took a little more time on just to make it look better than some of my recent carvings.I would like to do something on the handle but not sure yet.Davy  |

| Re: Latest walking stick He has a very good profile Davy. I must get out some staffs and start carving some faces in them. I've been so busy carving kayak paddles lately that I haven't had a chance to do my regular carving. Patrick |

| Re: Latest walking stick I have since added a finished to the face and plan on adding more to the stick.I will post any additions and thank you all for your kind comments.I have not been carving much lately due to a virus that put me back for a week.I am feeling better now and with winter hopefully gone I can get my groove going again.If anyone has an interest in carving Rhodendren please let me know.I have no problem sending out some practice pieces.I would like to see someone take a stabb at it sometime. |

| Re: Latest walking stick I picked up wood yesterday from a saw mill,scrapes but some where nicer thick boards and some neat cut off knots. I will work on them after the Roan Mtn show in June,are you going?? Did you get the email,Id sent you with the information about it?? Off here ,back to kickn dust! Ck with you soon. Forrest |
