Default Latest carving... Wannabe Dali
Here's the one I am just finishing. It's glossy because the boiled linseed oil is still wet. In 24 hours I will put wax on it. I'm trying real hard to do realistic faces. I find that with care Bark will hold fine detail.

You nailed it John. Great face! The lips are always a challenge for me and you did those exceptionally well. It is wonderful.
