Very nice carving and painting on the mantle. How long is it plus how wide is the area you carved. Ive carved three 8 ft walnut ones, with a 3 1/2 inch carving area on the front edge for people. Once again, you did a excellent job on this one! Love how you carved the whole scene. From a 1 to a 10,Id give you a high 15.

Very nice scene. I see it going over a piano or entrance as you come into a home.

Barry, that is one beautiful mantle you've carved my friend, and the splash of colour really makes it pop, I'm sure who ever owns it is extremely happy with it.

Beautiful job! How deep did you carve into the mantlepiece? Congratulations on a truly fantastic carving.
