The largest piece I have ever done is a lifesize Yellow-crowned Night Heron.

Well, if pumpkins count it was a 600lb pumpkin. If ice counts, it was a 300+ lb. block of ice. If we're only talking wood, I worked with a group on a 5'x1' sign. After that we're down to projects no larger than 12" x 12".
If it doesn't move, its in jeopardy.
