| | Large Santa in poplar Well here is my first official Santa carving. He's around 3ft tall and carved in poplar. It was tricky going trying to get the little tassle on the hat just right. I only applied the dark satin wax to his face and hair to give him a more aged look as the person who requested it wants a Father Christmas style carving. We'll see what she thinks when she sees this guy. Thanks for looking.
