Default Knife Blade Cover

I got this idea from Will Hayden's website when it was still up.
Drill a hole to suit your knife blade in a piece of wood and fill it with Clear Silicone Sealant. Allow to dry 24 hours minimum, then insert knife blade.
You can carve whatever you wish on the wood.
Doug

When I saw this I had to laugh. Real clever. I can't wait to read all the finger jokes coming your way.

That is classic. Great job. Maybe another one with a band aid on it?
Thanks for posting that.

So, is that your thumb or did some other craver donate it to you.
