Anyone planning on attending the show this weekend, Friday - Saturday?

The Kansas City Wood Carvers Club's 37th Annual Woodcarving Show will be held at the John Knox Pavilion, 520 N.W. Murray Road, Lee's Summit, Mo.
(about 1 mile south of I-470 and Rt. 50 highways. Take 1st south exit, turn right, then 1st left onto Murray Rd.-Pavilion on right side).
Hours are Friday 10 - 6, Saturday 10 - 5.

Went there spent money and had a great time. As a rookie I found everyone so helpful and willing to share information. What a nice kindly bunch.

It was a great show. Like others, spent money, but met some very nice people. The carvers were real good about talking to folks.

Likewise, I enjoyed the show. I think it was one of the better ones--more tables, more carvings, lots of wood and supplies, great carvers to talk to for two days. I won a few ribbons <grinning> and had a blast. Always good to see old carving friends from around the midwest--and make some new carving friends. Met a few from this forum who stopped by to say hi.
