Now I know why I don't like Travelocity or whatever the name they go by. Online said we couldn't cancel out. Called the Motel, They can't cancel because we went through Travelocity. Travelocity said they can cancel because they outsoursed it to WTC which we found out was TRAVELOCITY. after an hour and a haft of phone calls, we finally got it canceled but here is the kicker, Since it was WITHIN the 24 hour mark, they will charge us one nights lodging for the cancelation. Hmmm, Never had any problem with expedia but this is only the second time we have had to cancel a reservation but through another group. Ask the arab who was doing the charging and it was TRAVELOCITY and not the Comfort Inn Suits which we had reservation for. So a call to out Credit Card company and they have had problems with these jerks before. The have credited our account and will deal with the booking company.

So on a scale of 1 to 10, Travelocity is rated _2 in my books. Back to booking withExpedia.
Just venting and I hate help desk as they do not speak English and well, me being hard of hearing and they not speaking English, Just don't mix.
Being nice to foreigners just don't cut it any more.

One thing learned as I grow older is, stick with what works and TRAVELOCITY doesn't.
