Mt buddy had me carve it for his friends wedding. He owns a trucking compnay. The MACK Truck dog is Basswood and the base is Cebil. I glued and doweled the the dog to the basend finished it with 2 coats of satin polycrylic.

Great job on the Mack bulldog and congrats for your first sale. My uncle was a truck mechanic and ran his own shop when I was a kid. He had a Mack ashtray with the bulldog mounted in the center of it. I remember thinking how cool it was... I was just a kid.
