Default Just got a new toy.

Just received my xmas gift a little early. It was the Mastercarver flex-shaft system, Bench Top and what a difference from a Dremel Tool. I have gone thru about 4 Dremels and thought I would give the Master Carver a try. I don't use the Rotary Tool that much, just 15 min. here and 15 min their. I may use it more now because it is so smooth and solid feel. I even hooked up my Recipro hand piece that didn't seem to do the job before but with this 1/3 HP. it sure makes a difference. I thew out my broken Dremels that I was going to ge fixed ,no need to now. Merle

Hi Dan, I'm finishing up 2 of the Butternut men, but only 3" thick instead of 6 ". Saves on wood and doesn't need a back. The wife got the 1st one and these are for the Daughters Xmas. They are the ones that got me the rotary tool. Kind of a trade off. Ha,Ha. I always thought the Dremel was good enough, but not now. Hard for me to believe the difference. Thanks for commenting Dan. Merle

Now we will be expecting even more fantastic carvings than what you have shown us in the past as you use your new toy.
I always enjoy looking at your carvings.
