Well the strangest thing just happened..... I was detailing the fingers of a cowboy that I was carving and the knife slipped. When it did I cut the fingers off the carving and despite wearing a carving glove I cut my finger. I always wear a glove, it works best for a slice, this was a puncture and It did not help or perhaps it did? I still have my finger. 1/4" deep, guess I will live. I have already super glued the hand back on the carving and am considering using the glue on my finger to get the bleading to stop. Live and learn. Greg |

Been there several times. I guess we need to learn to keep our fingers out of the way. But, I haven't figured that out yet. Hope it wasn't a bad cut.
