Default I'm FINALLY back!!
Good grief, it's been a loooooong 3 months! We spend every spring in CT coaching a high school softball team and, at the same time, taking care of my two best friends who are invalids. Time is so limited for me, my carving suffers a great deal, as well as hardly any contact with this forum, which I miss terribly.

Arrived home to NH yesterday, and amongst the chaos of unpacking and getting organized, my workshop beckoned me. I couldn't wait to smell the wood in there!!! LOL While away, I WAS able to carve a stick pirate (I wanted to try the one by Al Streetman...he calls them "pencil people") and I am almost finished with a crazy looking reindeer bottle holder that I saw a VERY small picture of in a catalog. Thought I'd try and see if I could do something similar. As soon as I can, I will post them. It's good to be back and am looking forward to being more active! I have missed you all! Bonnie
