Default Honey Bear

I have a wood bin out side where I store wood to dry. Had this buckeye saw mill slab in it about 6yrs,cut it in half and carved this honey bear robbling the comb in the old tree.

Hes carved from Buckeye wood,5. 3/4 X 12.1/2 inches,just stained. {No painting}

Hope you like him,thanks for ckn him out.

Forrest

That's a great carving! I like the way the stain came out. It really enhances the wood.

Ahh, what a sweet face on that honey bear....reminds me so much of my own bears, and you KNOW how your bear carvings press back on my heart! Beautiful job, as usual, my friend. Your creations in found wood will never cease to amaze me....with a style unique to only you, my friend. Wonderful job. Bonnie
