Default Hollowing Out Wood For A Box Call

What do you all use and any suggestions? Router? Forrestner bit? Maybe some step by step pics if it is not too much to ask.

i made one-- we took the base block and sliced off the sides ( thin slices) then laid block on its side and took out the center-- then glued the sides back on- works for us-- got a turkey the first time out with it.

That is what I am talking about. I have glued some calls together, but want to make a solid base call.
