Default Hillybilly Sam, Waiting in the Wings.

Pattern is from Windsong, and thought I would give it a try. It took him 2 Hrs. and me about 12hrs. When I made the Pattern, the piece of wood was just the right size for 4 pcs., so 3 are still waiting in the wings, don't know when they will get a chance to dance. lol. I guess he is Flat Plain Carved, if so that is my attempt at it. It will be interesting to see what the 4th one will look like. Thanks WINDSONG, Was fun, Wife likes him, so he found a home. Merle

Nice job Merle.... You can never carve a project too many times! Practice makes perfect!

Hi BART, Thanks for your comment. Don't know when I'll finish all of them, but if I run out of things to carve, there they are. Merle

Hi Forrest,Thanks for taking a look at my little Guy. This one I had to Paint because the glue came loose in spots and it created a crack. After filling crack it wouldn't take Stain, sooo He got Painted. Painting hides a bunch of mistakes. Airbrush Guys say it's not a mistake you just changed your mind. Ha Ha. Thanks Ole Friend. Merle
