You also might try a google image search for them. Sometimes you can get some good reference photos that way. Mel |

I don't know if you've been taking WCI very long, but there was a several-page "how to" article in Fall 2004 #28 Wood Carving Illustrated issue about how to make a pug or bulldog bulletin board. I think you probably can still get that issue if you're weren't taking it back then. Some of the carvers in our club just did the dog as a relief carving--didn't make the bulletin board with it. It's a good start. FYI...if you're looking for specific subjects that have been featured in WCI, you can use the "Article Search" feature on the left side of this board...under Wood Carving Illustrated. If you've been taking WCI for years, it's much quicker than thumbing through all your back issues when you're looking for something specific. Donna T
