Yup, those are copied from your work. One thing you could do if you post more of your work on Ebay is to add in your description that "your work has been copied before and sold on Ebay but that this auction is for real originals by you, the artist." You might even want to add they were copied by "stonedragon44" in there.

Jillsy, I would be mad also, I'm also not sure about Ebay doing anything either.

A lot of carvers have their own unique styles and you are one of them. I have seen serveral carvings called original carvings, that I have seen done by other carvers and I guess it may be just a small change makes it original. Fishgap also has a thread on these also has a thread on this very subject.

The only comfort I could give you is most of the people on this website can tell the the difference between your carvings and the counterfiters. By the way yours are much better. I don't think you need to worry because I think people will realize this person does not have the talent you do.
