The Sioux phrase for "All Prevading Spirit or Force" is "Wakan Tanka".....or literally.....Great Mysterious......according to Taylor in his reference book "Warriors of the Plains" , 1975. The Crow word for "First Worker" or "Starter of all things" was "Eeshtreshbohedish". I'll dig through my reference books and see if I can find anything further. Bob

The Lakhota word wakan is roughly translated as spirit, natural force, or mystery. Wakan Tanka is indeed the term for "Great Spirit" (also translated as Great Mystery).
