Hello, I'm just finishing up a carving scene with lots of attachments. I'm just wondering what you feel is best: Titebond wood glue or 5 min quick set epoxy. Any pros or cons of either glue. Everything is basswood except for a couple of copper wires. I'm going to peg (with dowels) the items down to the base. Thanks, Chipper67

As long as you are doewlling wood to wood I'd use the Titebond, Elmer's Carpenters' glue, or even Duco Cement (the old model airplane glue). But for a secure bond with the copper wire to wood, I'd suggest 5 minute epoxy. Al |

Wood to wood by clamping use Titebond. Wood to wood not clamping use Epoxy. Any other material to wood use epoxy.
