Default Getting Ready For Dayton!!!

I don't know how many of you forum members are planning on displaying or attending the Dayton show but I'm in full production mode to get things done for that event. I was wide awake at 3 this morning thinking of things I could finish in the 2 1/2 weeks left before we pack up the truck and head east. From reading the Dayton groups latest newsletter all the tables are fully booked with a couple on the waiting list so it looks like its going to be a great show but then they always put on a great show. That is one group that has it all together.

I will be in the same spot I was last year so I hope you'll stop by and say hello.

I have never attended a woodcarving show but I want to. Would that one be a good first show? I read old posts here and everyone remarks how nice it is. I don’t want to be in the show I want to look at all the carvings and talk to the artists.

If you only have the option of attending one show this is the one to go to!

I had to be in Dayton last week. Wish I could have scheduled it a little later. Looks like a cool show!

Lynn, I will be there Sat. This will be my first time to a show like this. I had to work last year, so I am looking forward to it.

Good luck in Dayton, Lynn!

Hope you can sell a lot of carvings - we want you to make enough to continue to afford all those photons used to take the photos you show us!

Claude

I don't have as many new carvings completed as usual, due to illness in the family (mine) but am feeling much better and really looking forward to a great carving show! I'll stop by and say "Howdy" !
