Default Garden Woodspirit

Made from White Pine, 3"X17", Finished with 2 Coats of SHELLAC, Dried overnight, thenWatco Dark Wax and finished with Feed-n-Wax. This was taken from Allen Goodmans DVD. Merle

Hey Merle,

He has a great look to him. The face has a real "woodspirit" appeal. Thanks for sharing. I have to get back to log carving as I miss carving these characters.

AWWW Merle! I dont even know who A.Goodmans is but I know what I can see in this carving of yours?? Its a Good Man that old wood spirit you carved ole buddy and I like him!! Very neat cuts and the finish is just right! Hope you also have a great time at the fair and your carvings wont last long there!! Forrest
