I have a carving friend who has a collection of stamps for wood carving. I located a full set for $79.00.. I am looking to find if they are sold separately also. It's a tool that would not be used very often. One is used in the newest woodcarving illustrated in an article by Chris Pye, Line Carving. Chris explains using the frosting tool but does not mention where single special tools can be purchased. He describes how to make one and that may be the way to go for such a special tool. Of course I can borrow my friends when we meet for carving nights. Doc Ferguson |

I have always made mine. Any thing works; bolts, nails, piece of brass, etc. Just file the pattern you want.
