Default Flesh color

I always have a problem mixing a good flesh color. The "off the shelf" skin, flesh, etc. acrylics never seem very real. I think this question has been ask before but can't remember what the advice was.
What do you use, or how would you mix a white, female flesh color? A slight sun tan would be appropriate.

Bill, here's a link to the previous discussion on the fleshing of America....or was it the "flashing" of America? Seems to be several approaches to the problem, and it looks like it depends on whether you want a transparent or opaque look. anyway, you should find a suitable answer in there somewhere.
