Default five minute birds

Here are a few of the five minute birds that I am doing at Glacier. Watched on youtube (sasano-bori carving) and thought it might be a fun project.

Also some pics of two more faces on the Mora handle. Used the knife that Nomad showed us how to make, and didn't break the tip this time.
Dang that thing is sharp. Now we have two one-thumb carvers on the board.

Thanks for taking a look. Tom

Tom love the birds. I wondered if you were gonna get around to em after we spoke. As for the 2nd pic. try using your paint brush ( the one from the Super glue knife tutorial ) and slather some glue over it. That should do the trick. And it will shine up real nice!

Good looking Birds Tom. I watched the video and if I tried to do that with that
Meat Cleaver he was using I would cut off a hand and a foot long before I ever got a bird done.

Hey Big Barn, It is a Case, but am working on a Camillus. They are great.

Sean,, I didn't want my finger or whole hand stuck to my knife.

Thanks Terry. The tip held for the last two faces.

Thanks for looking Larry, I couldn't believe him carving with that tool, I did mine with a knife.

Marci, You have to watch the video first, Then go for it. They are fun, and quick.
