Hey all, Just finished this guy. He's the first one I've made that has a hand showing. It was really nerve wracking drilling the hole for the ax. But I think he came out OK. Thanks everyone! The more I carve, the more I like it. I'm keepin' this guy. I identify with him. I've named him Chip! I made some more pine trees to go with him. I'll be painting them today. A friend suggested I make a log cabin front to go behind him. Anyway, thanks for all of your encouragement. |
