Default Finger carving

I was not sure under what topic heading to put being stupid. I wrote proudly, not long ago about my new leather palm Kevlar glove. The one that sat just a few feet from where I was sitting when the V gouge inters the side of the finger on my left hand. The finger nail stopped from going too far. My inner voice said “Be careful you’re going to cut yourself”, just before the cussing began. I was thinking about blaming Tom and the knife massager with which I was able to put that fantastic new edge on that V tool. But it was sloth plan and simple. I was just too lazy to get up and get the glove. It is said that when we can laugh at ourselves we will be constantly amused. I smiled all the way to the first aid kit.

I'll take the blame for the sharp edge Randy, but you can't blame me for the glove, Not to worry, I'm working with a couple of bandaids on my fingers right now myself. One from a dremel, and one from a Ginsu.

Come on pain killers, Tom

A V gouge is the first thing I put into my self (whittled thumb) Later on a more serious enjury was cutting off the corner part of my middle finger. Almost off; I got it sewed back on at the ER but USE A GLOVE FOLKS

I think we've all heard that little guy on our shoulder saying "Better be careful, You're going to cut yourself" just before it happens. We've all been there. An old timer once told me "Don't point the tool at anyhting you don't want to cut". Wait a minute, Now we're the old timers??

Why doesn't the little guy on our shoulder speak up sooner?

I put a veiner into my index finger a few days afo as well, not serious ut it gave me an oppertunity to practie the recent advice I gave here on controlling bleeding while on blood thinners! I also found out it takes a while to get that blood color off of a piece of wood. Be careful and a little luck doesn't hurt eiter.
