Default Feels so good to be carving again!

After giving my swollen hands a few months rest, it feels so good to pick up a knife again. Today, I knew I had to carve. My hands were restless for it! I wound up carving 4 vintage spools into Santa's face. My knives started getting dull and I didn't want to press my hands any longer. Hopefully, I can get them painted soon. The hard part is deciding to leave them as is, or make them into ornaments. So many ideas, so little time!

Thanks all!

Sharon, no pics yet. I just primed them last night and then still need to paint. Will send pics when they're done though.

Heat them up before you work, ice them down after you work,....and you made need to make all your handles bigger so you can use them without stress. Great to see you back!
