Default Favorite animal subjects

Is it just me or what but I seem to have only carved a few animals more than once during my career. Elephants, rhinos, horses. Not counting birds and snakes and fish. Of the four legged beast, I seem to have strong favorites. I wouldn't willingly do a hippo, or giraffe, or pig, or cow.

Am I missing out on a great variety of critters as subjects?

I like to carve bears, I have been working on a bear laying on a log. What ever works as long as you have fun.

I think you're doing pretty well just tackling the ones you've already carved. As much as we'd like, we can't get them all and we all have favorites.
