Thanks for posting the photos. I was in Ohio last year to visit my daughter and the Dayton show was going on at the time so stopped on the way back to Iowa and what a treat. Did not expect the quanity and quality of all the booths and their exhibits.
Did not have the time to spend a whole day there but I will plan one of my trips to visit my daughter at the time of this show.
Thanks for bringing back some of myt great memories of the show.

Dylan, Mark great shots just don't remember them being taken...big brother is everywhere... can't wait to see some more of your work Dylan. BTW, have you posted a picture of your name tag? Thumbs Up

I know the CCA was the focus this year, kinda wondering who will be taking center stage next year. Anyone know?

Yes Jim it was a hoot. Ya gotta be quick when you go especially if you are looking to buy some carvings. Its a tough competition, I got run over a couple of times by a couple of young ladies and got the bruises to show for it.

Dylan, that is some impressive work!! So I know you say your carving time is limited but what is next for you? Any ideas?

Well Tony, right now I'm carving a bobcat for a lady. She commissioned it as a Christmas present for her husband. After I get that done, I've got a carving for a cabin to do for a guy. I'll post pictures as I go along, so "stay tuned".
