Default Elf

HI,
With Kathy's approval,I tried my hand at carving a Elf.
Not up to Kathy's standard on these guys, I quickly found out that you need a special ability to catch the special expression required for a good Elf.
Anyway, here are mine. I got carried away and did two. The first is Camphor laurel with a dark wax applied. The second is Spanish Cedar with a clear wax. Do not know how I got a blue background on one photo.
Both are 250 mm high.

Terry

Hi There, hey you did it! I see lots of expression in those elves. Just keep doing them each one will have a special look of it's own. Good Job!
