Default What did you have for breakfast this morning LOL

Well i had a bowl of cereal and some toast and 2 cups of tea : sorry guys i couldnt resist with this one

Two tablespoons of soy protein, three tablespoons of flax seed (freshly ground), skim milk, two cups of green tea, and three cups of coffee.

I'll vote for the donuts! Even though I retired, from the MSP, I still feel that good donuts are at the top of the food pyramid!

Hmmmm, eat a lot of crow, do you Hi Ho?? This thread is a hoot!
I had orange juice, toast, bacon and eggs. Have to eat double yolks, hubby is on a diet (thankfully not your's Plain Ol Ed!!) He can only have two eggs (yolks) a week. We are like Jack Sprat (you know, the old nursery rhyme). Jack Sprat could eat no fat, his wife could eat no lean....oh man, I spend way too much time around children!!! : Callynne
