Default Dayton Artistry in Wood Show

I was wondering if anybody from this board is going this year and also have a question on directions coming from the East on I70. Is it quicker or easier to take the I270 by-pass around Columbus or just stay on I70?

You beat me to the question ! I was also going to ask "who is going".

I have talked to my wife and the boys and we are going to drive in on Sunday (I work on Saturday) to "look" around. I also would like to know who is going as I would like everyone that knows about Clayton meet him.

Clayton shouldn't be hard to miss and 9 year old boy on crutches.

I won't be able to make Dayton, but whenever I go thru Columbus whether on I-70 or I-71 I shoot straight thru and bypass the by-passes .

Enjoy the show!

When you get there, please stop by my booth and see my chip carvings. As well as the work of all the other fantastic carvers and woodworkers. This is THE show to visit and participate in. The Dayton Carvers Guild goes out of their way to make it enjoyable for exhibitors and visitors alike. There will be lots of vendors, so don't forget to bring tons of money. See you all there.

We have been going for the last 4 or 5 years. Love the Show! My brother isn't even a woodcarver and he tells me when it is.

It's not too close to you (I suppose you know that), but IF you can spare the time, I'd recommend the trip.
