Default The day has arrived ! (5 year anniv.)

Just a quick note to everyone the everyone..... that Thought about, Prayed for, and even sent a gift to Clayton, that today is the day that he had his last Chemo treatment (5 years ago). Time sure has gone bye, sometimes fast and sometimes VERY slowly.
We spent 6 hours in the hospital yesterday doing tests to comfirm that the cancer has not returned. It will be a couple of days until we get the results, so we are waiting.
I will keep everyone updated as we find out

again,
William "BB" Johnston

Hey that's great!

I'm not up on cancer news and events, but I do know when it's gone into remission this long, it's a good bet it won't be back any time soon.

I wasnt on the boards till 2006 So I just read some of your past posting.Im hoping as yall that Clayton will get the good news that he has a clean bill of health from his cancer. The treatments alone are very hard to deal with. But Im so glad hes through with them. TnArtist

William .. Even though this is my first time to hear of this .. Let me rejoice over your good new's ..

I lost my first wife at the age of 40 in 1991 after a 6 year battle with breast cancer and I definately know what that 5 year cancer free mark means .. It means the struggle is been worth it ..

What a glorious thing to reach ... Even though I never experienced it .. I knew alot of people who have and are still doing great today ..

Thanks for sharing such wonderful new's and please let us know of his progress ...

God Bless
Gene

William, This is the kind of good news that really is good news. Those who have personally reached the 5 year date, and those who have loved ones who have reached the date know exactly what we mean. Thanks for sharing this good news. Tom H

William,

Our prayers go out to Clayton, you, and your family. We will also pray for a cancer free report.
