Default Cowboy boots

This is a pair of Cowboy Boots I carved after watching Lynns Video sometime ago. I bought the horse shoe and nails about the same time. I finally got around to finishing and painting the boots a couple of days ago. Then I started looking for the horse shoe and nails could'nt find them so I just mounted (glued) them to a small base 2 days later I found the horse shoe and nails. Oh Well
The boots are Basswood, Paint Acrylic 5 1/2 inches tall. Any comments welcome, thanks for looking.
Larry

Alright Larry. Looking good.

Seems Lynn put a number of us on the road to cowboy boots. Your misplacing the horse shoe and nails sounds like something I would do.

Really nice. You can still add the horseshoes. Put one in back of the boots standing up and mannilla twine looped against it as a lasso. In other words, great job and you gave me some inspiration. Thanks, Larry

Nice pair of boots you have there, Larry! Makes you want to step right in 'em. I also like the horseshoe idea! Bonnie

Good job. Those boots are fun to do. I am making several for some of this years Christmas ornaments to give to friends and family. Also have an order for a large boot for my son to use as a pencil holder on his desk at work. Keep up the good work.
