Default Cloth carvings

These are a couple of studies I did in Yellow Cedar,,, the wood is so sweet to work and the lack of prominate grain realy works well in this aplication,,, has anyone tried this wood ?

Nice carvings, Howard! The folds look perfect.

I haven't tried it, but I may in the future, thanks to you.

Your "linen-folds" are so accurate. Wish I had some equally good ideas for YC.

Very nice. How big are they and what did you carve them with? I have a large chunk of yellow cedar that maybe this winter I'll do something with.

Hey Howard,

VERY nice job. If you look quick, you'd never know they're carved. Which, I think, is the idea.

Wow...they look so delicate. The wood may be sweet... but the carving is sweeter! Impressive work!
