Default clay modeling

Does any hear do any clay modeling (claymation) I've been trying to pm steve birkes cause I know he does. Just wanted to know types of clay used and a few major tools. Thanks

Hi Feb,

Fred Zavadil mentioned Klean Klay as his clay of choice. Not sure if that would work for you. I have not worked with it. Fred also has a thumbnail pic of some of the tools he uses. I know art supply shops have loads of things to chose from. You might need to pick a few, experiment and then find things at home that do the jobs you want to do. I know in my art classes we tried everything to get effects and then stored the things we found useful. Enjoy the exploration.
