Can anyone recommend a good carving class in the Delaware-Maryland, Virginia-Pennsylvania area? I wanted to send my father to one for a present. He's been carving for years, but I thought he might like a class. Thanks.

This may be a bit blasphemous here at WCI, but if you go over to Â* Â*
www.woodmagazine.com Â*

Â*there is a page on woodcarving clubs. Â*They list the contact person, and the clubs are listed by area and state. Â*someone there should have contact for classes or seminars.

Try this link http://www.woodmagazine.com/default....P__Aindex_html

You have the Ward Carving Museum in Salisbury, MD. They have some classes at the museum and at the World Championship show in Ocean City.
