Talking Cholula Hot Sauce tops

I posted a couple of pics in the whittle section of the carver's gallery of a trout I carved in a Cholula Hot Sauce top. I wanted to try this to see what it was like to carve on the small surface area of the bottle top with knives. I heard of others who have carved on these wood tops. Have any of you done it?
