Default Childs Play

Little story behind this carving, I was watching The Twilight Zone, and Its a Good Life, came on starring the actor Billy Mumy circa 1961. Briefly he was a boy monster that could send people to" the cornfield" and one such person who said the boy should be dead, was turned into a Jack in the Box. Well I took a 10 inch piece of basswood and this is the result. Its all one piece except for the handle, that I added. I hope all of you enjoy it and maybe bring you back to when you had a Jack in the Box. Thanks fred k

You may have called it 'Child's Play' but I can see that it was not child's play to carve. A lot of fine carving there Fred. Well done and thanks for sharing. Joe.
