Default Chess set pieces

I've been asked by a client to carve a (cowboy and Indian) chess set... all 32 pieces, and designing it/carving it is no problem BUT... It is a departure from the normal for me and I haven't the slightest idea what price I should quote him. Have any of you done comission chess set pieces and what did you charge? Thanks

Ol' Don

Sorry Don, I have no idea of what it would be worth, ..........but I sure would love to see pictures of it when you get it done.

have you tried to do a search on FleaBay for 'hand carved chess set' ? Maybe they have something similar that you can model your price off of ?
