Default Cherry Garden Benches

Hi all,
Been busy in the gardens and decided to make a couple of new benches out of a windfall cherry tree from the woods that has a natural curve to it. Majority of the work was done by chainsaw and angle grinder, then applied 4 coats of Helmsman Marine Spar to them. One is already at the edge of the upper garden with black locust legs mortised in. Haven't decided where to put the other. They're approx. 70" long, 10" wide and 4" thick, the wood is absolutely beautiful. Hope you enjoy the pics, thanks for looking.
Dan

Awesome Dan. Love the grain and colour of that Cherry. I would place one at least so that you could sit and immerse yourself in that spectacular countryside around you. I am green with envy! Darn cities!!!!! I can't wait until I finally live out in the country again. Joe.
