Default Cedar Protraits

Here's a couple of Carvings I've done, they were sort of done in a hurry, I was trying out some new kutzall cutters I ordered. I sort of liked them so I added some colour and finished them.

"sort of done in a hurry"... you say...you know these are gorgous. like quick pencil sketches, they have so much life in them, really great. i am glad you showed us, they are marvelous. love the looseness, the freedom in them. they dont need detail, everything is "said"... wonderful

You haven't done any wall hangings for some time Bruce..is the cold NS weather keeping you indoors? Those are some nice pieces. You made that old fella pretty haggard looking. Both very nice carvings.

I too wish I could do something like this in a hurry, beautiful done ,I like the idea of the hair hanging separately it sure makes it look very realistic.
Great job
