Default CCA CarveAlong East

Hey Everyone,
As an unwritten rule I don’t plug my own articles on the WOM (and I hope the WCI folks forgive me for this), but there’s a good reason for this exception. If you have Memorial Day Weekend free this year, check out my CCA CarveAlong article at…

…or if you want to cut to the chase (and skip reading my drivel ;-) ) go to the Mystic Woodcarver's link at…
2009 CCA CarveAlong
When I wrote the article I felt a little guilty because it was so close to the event I thought I’d be braggin’ up something you couldn’t get into until 2010. Good news! It might be a sign of the times, but they still have a couple slots open this year. Check it out!

I didn’t mention it in the article, but if you don’t care for dormitory style cabins with shared bathrooms you can find your own accommodations nearby and I think they have one cabin set up for couples. Even if the weather isn’t as great as it was last year, this will still be what I call a “recharge weekend”.

I get no kickback or discount for this. In fact, I was torn this year and ended up at the Lancaster show on that weekend, so there’s an added bonus of not having to endure a large, obnoxious Upstate NYer while you’re there <G>.
