Default Carving Supplies

Hi all, I'm a newbie to the forums. I've been carving on and off a year or two now with the same set of tools and I'm looking for some fresh supplies. Does anyone know of a place that sells tools and supplies in or around central New Jersey or Philadelphia not necessarily online. Thanks

there's a woodcraft store in Downington and Allentown PA, although none in NJ. You can order on-line however. I have good luck on -line with Tools for Working Wood, Traditional Woodworker, MDI Woodcarvers & Woodcraft. I'm sure many others here can point you in other directions as well. As a former NJ resident, Welcome, Treebeard. Happy Carving!!!

Hello and welcome, TreeBeard. It's nice to have you here with us. As Mark said, many great online suppliers.

I gotta say... Pfiel wood carving tools are the best... They're some kind of fantastic tools. I've been carving for a little while now and I am so happy that I got Swiss made!!!
