Default Carving Show in Amarillo this Weekend Nov 20-21, 2010
The Golden Spread Woodcarvers are sponsoring their annual show, Artistry in Wood, this weekend, November 20-21 in Amarillo Texas. Admission is free for all, and the show is held in the Amarillo Civic Center ( pm or email me for directions if you need them) and hours for the public are Saturday 10am-6pm, Sunday 10am-5pm. We have some vendors attending, including The Old Texas Woodcarver (see their great website). We will have raffle tickets available for a buck for one of several friendship canes (see belprimes recent post to look at some of the blocks), some nativity scenes, and christmas trees with hand-carved ornaments.
If you are anywhere within a reasonable drive of Amarillo, we would love to have you come and attend our show, and would love to meet you in person.
