Do any of you folks know where I might find such information?

Check out Teri Embrey's santa claus carvings...she does a great job on the robes and quilts! Also, I don't remember the site now but someone has a site that has carved clothing, and another carved quilts...amazing work! You will have to do a google search, but it will pay off!

Little Shavers (206)767-7421 stocks a book 'Dynamic Wrinkles and Drapery' by Burne Hogarth that should do the trick. The chapts are titled.
Understanding Kinetic Forces
Direct thrust wrinkles
Bend wrinkles
Crossing Wrinkles
Compression Wrinkles
Fragmentation Wrinkles
Swag and Hanging Wrinkles
Trap and Closure Wrinkles
Flying Wrinkles
Passive, Inert, and Lying Wrinkles
Wrinkle Paterns, Textures and Materials

A bit pricey at 22.50, but it's the best I've seen, on the subject.
