It uploaded, Robert, but it's a bit large. When you are using PhotoShop to modify/crop/resize a photo, you need to do a File/Save As... and save it in JPEG format. The PSD format is an order of magnitude larger than a JPEG. You have the right size, pixel-wise 450H x 600W), but your PSD format is 1.53 MB. I opened the file and saved as a JPEG without making any other changes, and it is now 213 KB. I then opened the same JPEG file with Preview on my Mac, and did a File/Save as... while reducing the resolution to about midway between lousy and professional. The first photo is the PSD saved as a JPEG, and the second is the same photo saved at a lower resolution (61 KB).

BTW, when you modify the format/size of a photo, do it to a copy, or save as a new filename. You should always keep the original just like it came from the camera...who knows, you might get a call from BobD asking for it Note: if he does, send the original, not the one that has resolution sized for the computer monitor...
