Question Carve-Fest 2007

Just wondering if anyone here is planning on going to Carve-Fest 2007 in Faribault, MN on August 11 & 12th?

Hi,

I will be going as well as about 6 or 7 members of our carving club. The classes look like they will be interesting so it should be a lot of fun.

Sounds good Darrell. I'm looking forward to it too. Sat afternoon I'm taking a class with Floyd Rhadigan and on Sunday I'm taking a class with Mark Whillock and another with the master Marv Kaisersatt.

Wish I could go but that's a pretty long haul for me and I have limited vacation time. Already got my carving trip in this year at NEWR. I may go back for their Fall Carving event in September.

This thing looks great though. Be sure to post a report of all your classes. Floyd is phenominal. He was at NEWR but I didn't get to take a class with him He's a VERY funny guy.

Enjoy!

Hi,

I found my list. Saturday morning is with Rick Jensen, Saturday late afternoon is Loren Woodard, Sunday morning is Kieth Anderson and Sunday afternoon is Floyd Rhadigan. I left Saturday afternoon free to wander around and check out the vendors. I know that the club members who are going are very excited and are looking forward to going. I am about 6 hours away and 3 out of the 4 of us who are riding together like to tell jokes so I hope that the driver can keep the car between the lines and get us there safely.
