Band saw. Then whatever works for the size I plan to carve.

I have a sheffield folding knife that locks in place same blade as ol stan also a Flexcut rough out knife. Hope to get more knifes and gouges as funds become available.

I use a band saw that I found on craigslist.com . I got it for $50.00. It is a table top 9 " model. It works SO much better than my old "no name " scroll saw....Harold
